3 bed semi detached home in a quaint little countryside village called Fiskerton. The village has a fantastic local pub which serves great typical hearty pub meals.
The village has lots of great rural walking routes one of which is near the river which has a cycling path which is very scenic and leads straight into the city of lincoln
Only ten minutes from Lincoln cathedral, Lincoln Castle and its famous cobbled streets in the uphill bailgate area.

Our home has 3 double bedrooms.
One bathroom with a very large freestanding bath.
A kitchen diner with all the amenities.
The lounge has a beautiful log burner which is perfect for those cosy nights in.
There is off road parking on the driveway for at least 3 cars.
Large garden with garden annex that has its own kitchen, log burner, sofa area.
There is also a second building perfect for children. Which is fully equipped with toys.
Bathroom has a beautiful large freestanding bath.

This home is comprised of two floors with stairs leading to the second floor.
Anmerkungen
We have a cocker spanial called buddy and two cats who rarely sleep in the house as they spend most of their time next door.

There are busses that run regularly. However we use our car to drive to the nearest shop which is 1 mile away in the next village. That village also has a couple of different takeaways including chip shop, kebab house, pizza house and a Chinese. All the local pubs serve food.
