General overview
Welcome to a very sweet 2 bedroom, 200 year old, well maintained cottage in a tropical European paradise next to a medieval historical center.
Large garden, terraces, large balcony with spectacular views of mountain and river and beautiful walks all around.
The sunlight that shines through the house is beautiful.
The space
2nd Double Bed is in the main living room, there is a 2nd bedroom below but the living room is cosier.
Strong 40MB Wifi internet throughout the property, so no problem to work or entertain from here too.
Enough Gym equipment to keep you fit & in shape including small trampoline, weights, yoga mats and pull up straps/bar.
Pet friendly, although it's not a fenced in garden so not advised to have dogs free here.

We would appreciate it if you able to pay the cleaning fee to reset the house afterwards of around 50Lev (€25Euros).
Smoking: strictly outside the house only please, but there is plenty of balcony and barn space.

Neighbourhood
One of the oldest preserved original Bulgarian homes in a historic and picturesque village of Vetrintsi (look it up in wikipedia), it has a lot of history.
Lots of easy walks through woods, to top of baby mountains around, Roman bridge, ancient fortresses, fields to stroll in. Unending countryside.
Things you can hear and see from this house: all sorts of wild birds Eagles, Storks, migrating geese, woodpeckers. Sound of frogs, river sound, lots of ever-changing views.
Part of an international eco-village community of people who live around the same village.
The Nearest Town: 20 mins drive is the stunning medieval city of Veliko Tarnovo, which has the same river Yantra from the house going right through it.
Lots of lovely restaurants to have good food looking out over the Yantra river gorge.
Lots of shopping available here too for anything you need.

Lots of interesting short trips too: 2.5hr drive to Sofia, 3hr drive to the Black Sea Beach Resorts or to stunning Bucharest in Romania.
An overall lush, adventurous and an inexpensive holiday break to recover from lockdown city cabin fever.
Getting to my home
Car Hire: can help you arrange Car Hire from Sofia Airport (or Bucharest Airport is also near) or you can also get a bus to Veliko Tarnovo and can arrange a car hire service to pick you up at the bus station there.
