General overview
Perfect location to experience the city nearby and all its attractions (Denver Zoo, Museum of Nature and Science, Art Museum, Butterfly Pavilion, Botanic Gardens, and many more!) but also close enough to spend a day in the mountains. Large, family home located conveniently between Downtown Denver and Boulder, CO. (16 miles to downtown Denver, 15 miles to Boulder.) Only 1.25 hours away from Rocky Mountain National Park. We are even closer to many trails in the nearby foothills, such as Eldorado Canyon or Chautauqua and the Flatirons in Boulder.
The space
We have five bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to 9 people. (1 king, 2 queens, 1 twin, and 1 twin bunk) Four are on an upper level and the fifth is in the basement. We have a sixth room/office with a sitting/standing desk if you need to get some work done, along with a book nook where a child could sleep if desired. (Note: the office does share a sliding door with the basement bedroom.)
There are 5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms share a Jack&Jill bath. The fourth bathroom is on the main level and the fifth bathroom is in the basement.
We do have children, so there are toys available for your children to play with. Our children are older, so we aren't baby-proofed anymore though! But we can pull out some old toys from storage if you have younger children coming to stay. We also have a fun hideaway under the stairs (with a secret entrance!)
Guest access
Three floors. (Basement, main level, upstairs) The entrance is on the main level. Unfortunately, we do not have any bedrooms on the main level. There are four bedrooms upstairs and one in the basement.
Notes
***More pictures will hopefully be available soon. We are in the midst of getting ready to re-carpet the entire upstairs level and updating one of the bedrooms, so things are in a bit of disarray as we move everything out of that level in preparation!***
One short-haired dachshund lives with us. We do not have any other pets. She will most likely be traveling with us or will stay with friends.

Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood has a nice, unpaved trail within a block of the house. There is also a small park/playground within walking distance (about a 15-20 minute walk.)
Getting to my home
Only 35 miles from Denver International Airport. Our home is conveniently located between Downtown Denver and Boulder, CO. (16 miles to downtown Denver, 15 miles to Boulder.) Only 1.25 hours away from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Getting around
We are only a 5-minute drive from a grocery store, fast food, and restaurants. We are also only about 5 minutes away from Hwy 36, which is an easy jumping point to Boulder or Downtown Denver.
