General overview

Mountain cabin on 777 m above sea level. Less than 2 hours drive from Oslo. Available also by train and a 30 minutes taxidrive. The traditional ‘Ål hytte’ lets the light and nature in.

The space

3 bedrooms Sleeeps 6-8 people Bathroom with shower and a small sauna Weill equipped kitchen Electricity, warm water, wifi. You have your own parking place.

Guest access

Everything on ground floor. Probably not easy with a wheelchair.

Notes

Closest grocery is in Sokna or Flå. Flå also has a very popular Bjørnepark. Bear-park .

Neighbourhood

Area with other mountain cabins. Some cross country tracks are available in winter. Great area for mountain backcountry skiing. In summer there are some paths up to the mountains.

Getting to my home

You will need a car, or use taxi from Flå Train Station. About 500 NOK. There are public busses to/from Gulsvik (7 km down the road) a couple of times a day. You car can be parked right outside our cabin.

Nearest groceries is Kiwi in Sokna 30 minutes drive.
