General overview
4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home off a cul-du-sac in culturally diverse street.
About 40 min south from Seattle, beaches, or mountains
The space
Downstairs has a open floorplan that consists of playroom/diningroom, laundryroom with washer and dryer, a roomy kitchen woth lots of gadgets and a tea/coffeebar leading into the living room.
Upstairs has a master bedroom with a split King and bunkbeds(great for co-sleeping) and en-suite bathroom with shower and big tub. Down the hall are 2 bedrooms with a daybed each that turns into a kingsized bed, with jack and jill bathroom. The 4th bedroom also has a daybed that turns into a king, as well as a workout machine.
Guest access
Guests have access to all rooms except the office downstairs.

There is a park woth playground and swimable lake walking distance fron the house. Busstops are also walkable.
Getting around
Cars are available for use (minivan and sedan). Costco and Fred meyer(kroger) are just a 5 min drive away, as are a bunch of other stores and restaurants. There is a busstop walking distance as well.
