General overview
Our house is located in Hellerup just north of Copenhagen centrum. Hellerup goes for being one of the nicest places in Denmark. It is an the exclusive area with absolute perfect location to everything and at the same time away near beaches and forrest.
It is the perfect spot to live if you will discover Copenhagen and at the same time live away and within walking distance you reach the coast with beaches in both directions, the forrest, parks, the famous “Strandvejen” with shopping, restaurants and transportation possibilities.
The bridge to Malmø, Sweden is only 20 km away. The bridge is only 8 km.
The space
The house is light and very spacious ( around 350 kvm) We have 4 bedrooms; At the main floor there are one room with a double bed, one with a 140cm bed and a junior bed, one with a bunk bed. The madrasses in the bunk bed are very good and can easily fit an adult. In the basement there is one room with a single bed ( former au pair room).
We have a toilet upstairs and a huge bathroom in the basement.
The garden is 1250 m2 and fantastic. It is closed and very nice and cosy. For the kids there is a playtower with swing and we have several slides, a trampoline, a playhouse, a sandbox and in the back of the garden there is a hidden tiny wood, which is perfect spot for children to play.
We have an upstairs neighbour, a mann in his fifties, who only is home rarely. He has two daughters in their tweenties, who only rarely visit their dad. Everything is totally seperated.

Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is really nice with both beaches, park, forrest and shopping in walking distance from the house. Around 3 km from our house you will also find the very nice Hellerup habour.
The coast is within 1 km from our house and there are beaches as long as you can see in both directions. Within 500 m you reach the famous “Strandvejen” with trendy shopping and cafe’s.
In the area are several forrests. The nearest one is only 800 m from our house. There are fall pictures from here in the pictures. The most famous forrest is “Dyrehaven” with the amusement park “Bakken”. It is located 6 km north of our home.
6 km in another direction there is a climbing park.
Around 3,5 km in the third direction you reach Copenhagen with the center beeing 7 km away.

Getting around
It is very easy to get around, both train and busses are close by and takes you everywhere. Hellerup station is 800 m from our house and from here there are connections everywhere. It is also recommendable to go by bike which is a really nice and easy way to explore Copenhagen and the surroundings.
