General overview
Our guest apartment, is very cozy & clean and will comfortably sleep 2-4 persons.
We are 3 mins. away from the most popular beach in Ericeira, Ribeira d’ilhas and 5 mins. From famous surf beach Praia dos Coxos.
We provide towels, beach towels & umbrella if you wish!
Ground floor + terrace in the sun.
Incl. Plenty of Parking space + good WiFi
Our entire property consists of 3 separate apartments. This apartment is suitable for 2-4 persons but if you wish to book for a group, we can add other apartments as well. In total we can accept groups up to +/- 12 persons.
We can do a simultaneous swap, but in that case we require our guests to look after (some of) the animals, which can be tailored to how comfortable you are with animals. We can also do a non simultaneous swap, in that case you will have your private apartment but we will be around as it's a working farm. We are very social people with many years of experience in hospitality and tourism, so we enjoy hosting and entertaining, but also understand the importance of privacy.
The space
Even though only 1 bedroom is shown on the photos, there are two bedrooms in the guesthouse as well as a private kitchen and bathroom. I will update the photos shortly.
The kitchen is equipped with all your basics such as pots & pans, stove, fridge, kettle & coffee maker, plates, cups & cutlery and all that jazz. We also have a bbq area with a beautiful view for you to enjoy!
The bathroom is spacious, clean and has a bath, shower, toilet and plenty of storage space for your amenities. We provide towels so you can bring those extra pairs of shoes :-)
The lounge has a large 3-seater and a big comfy grandpa-chair.
And for all the digital nomads out there, we've got a nice desk setup with high-speed (fibreglass) Wi-Fi.
No television, but the beach is a 20 minute stroll away so who needs that kind of entertainment anyway?
You'll have a little terrace for your breakfast in the morning sun or beers in the afternoon!

There are animals on the farm (Horses, dogs, goats, chickens, pigs, ducks, turkey)

Neighbourhood
We are close to the beach: Ribeira d'ilhas (15 minute walk, 3 minute drive) and Praia dos Coxos - both excellent for surfing. Ribeira d'ilhas has a nice beachbar where the serve affordable breakfasts/brunch/lunch & dinner. We are in between Ribeira (bars, restaurants, supermarkets) and Santo Isidoro (Church, town square and ATM) and a 5 minute drive from Ericeira Centre. We are surrounded by beautiful valleys and we've got ocean views.
Nearest airport
Lisbon Humberto Delgada, about 30 mins.
Getting around
Best is to get yourself a (rental)car, but there is a bus stop in front of the door and we have 1 mountainbike available for hire (you can hire more mountain/e-bikes nearby. But if you don't mind walking, it's pretty nice and safe here.
