General overview
Would you like a taste of your own private country paradise but still be close to the conveniences of the city? Come visit us. We are in the East Orlando area, just 25 min from the beach, and 45 min to all the theme parks and Downtown Orlando.
We love our home as it is peaceful and quiet, and we feel like we are on our own island, but close to everything we need.
The house is a 3 / 2.5 bath, with an office.
We have a barn in the rear of the property with four Alpacas, and free ranging chickens. They provide fresh eggs every morning! We also have a beautiful Screen Room with fans and a cozy day bed which is great to lay out and read a book, or just relax.
Since this is our primary house, we would trade for the right situation.
I have some photos listed now, but will be adding more later. Looking forward to future swaps for this New Year!
The space
Custom built 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home in desirable Chuluota! Open and spacious floor plan with high ceilings, wood floors and distinctive architectural details. Great Room has a beautiful stacked stone accent wall and French doors that open to a massive deck and beautiful back yard. The upgraded kitchen offers granite counters tops, a large island and beautiful 42" custom cabinets along with stainless appliances. There is a formal dining room and a private study with French doors and built ins. All bedrooms are large, have wood floors and generous closet space. The master suite has a warm farmhouse feel with a handsome barn wood wall and custom built ins.

Great location for anyone. It is peaceful, but also great for families who want some room to run! We basically live outdoors here, we have our great screen room which is like a second living room for us, and an open back wooden patio with bbq, etc.
There is also a large fire pit, overlooking the pasture where the Alpacas roam.

Neighbourhood
We live in a neighborhood where all the houses are on 5 acres each. It is an Equestrian Community. Most neighbors have Horses and you will see them riding the horses thru the neighborhood and neighborhood horse trails.
Getting around
We are 10 min from the nearby Supermarket and Pharmacy, and 15 min from all kinds of restaurants, shopping and activities. 15 Min away is the Town of Oviedo, which was rated one of the most family friendly neighborhoods in Florida.
The Beach is 25-30 min away.

We are Floridians who have a rental cabin in the mountains of Blue Ridge, GA. It is a cozy little town with a small downtown with restaurants and shops, a great Blue Ridge Railway where you can take a train tour of the mountains, Ziplining, Hiking, Mountain Bike riding and much more. We would love to exchange our cabin and travel as much as we can! Since we both work remotely, and our kids are in online school, we would love to take advantage of this time in our life to travel as much as possible. We are excited to see the possibilities.
