General overview
Bright and modern flat situated in a quiet and very child friendly residential area, but at the same time with lots of amenities in hand (bars, restaurants, shops, museums, public transport, etc). It enjoys a privileged situation being 200m from the beach and sea promenade.
The space
Our flat consists of 3BR plus one office, a living room, an independent kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a lovely balcony with sea views. We have air conditioning in the living room and office, and we have fans in every bedroom. There are communal gardens, playground areas and an enjoyable swimming pool.
Guest access
It is situated on the sixth floor in a building with two lifts. All the residential area has an enclosed space which is closed at night, and very safe for the kids to play. We do not have a parking in the building, but have two places in a public parking nearby, although we usually leave our car in the street.
Notes
We really feel we live in the best place in Málaga, being close to the city center, but quiet enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Also the beach and sea promenade is a great plus, as you can forget about the car if you wish just to relax.

Neighbourhood
As already mentioned, our neighborhood has lots of amenities, and is very close to downtown Málaga. The city where Picasso was born, is a vibrant city with lots to offer, for those seeking more than sun and beach there are several museums (Picasso, Thyssen, Pompidou) as well as historic buildings (roman theater, Alcazaba or muslim Castle, the cathedral, etc.).
It also has a privileged location, being close to nice white villages (Frigiliana or Ronda) and gorgeous cities like Granada, Cordoba or Sevilla. For Nature lovers, there are several impressive places in less than an hour by car, such as the famous Caminito del rey, or El Torcal de Antequera. And last but not least, I am sure that you'll enjoy our rich gastronomy, from tapas, to nice fried and grilled fish and seafood.
Getting around
You can reach very easily the city centre, 10 min drive, 30 min walk or by bus (bus stop at 200 meters from the building). You can also go by bike in 15 min (we are very happy to offer two adult bikes for your use). It is only 10 min drive from Málaga airport and 10 min drive from the train and bus station where you can reach other cities or villages.
