General overview
I offer an immaculate Custom 3 bedroom home on 6 acres overlooking beautiful valley scenery.
The space
The living room is a great space with wood stove fireplace, and wood flooring. You can relax on the front porch swing, or have a snooze on the living room sofa overlooking the valley.
The kitchen has a real cedar wood bar, with a clear coated finish. Plenty of counter space exists for cooking, and there are nice dark counters, and oversized pantry. Kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee maker, Ninja, etc. Sun tunnels in the ceiling of the house give natural lighting inside.
There is a washer and dryer room.
The dining room space seats a table of 4. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, dual vanity and walk-in shower, with seat, and handles. Wake up every morning looking out over the valley in the Master Bedroom, and 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom does not have the same view, but the view is beautiful nonetheless!
The 3rd bedroom doubles as an office (no closet).
Grill out on the back deck and relax, or swing in a tree hammock outside. Awesome natural rock formations are behind the house. There is a flat grassy area next to house perfect for playing games.
My home is thoroughly protected by Security Systems. Very safe area & lots of opportunity for hiking, yoga, quiet meditation, and much more. There is a trail on property.
The Master bedroom has a year old Temperpedic mattress with a Queen Rose hypoallergenic pillow top. The mattress is on an adjustable base that provides massage, and many other options. It is a Leggett and Platt adjustable base if you're familiar with the brands, and whatnot. There are USB plug-ins on either side of the bed to plug in and charge your phone. A remote control sits on a nightstand that goes with the adjustable base.
The second bedroom has a Sterns and Foster bed. There is an optional mattress topper. Everyone who has slept on the Sterns and Foster bed has loved it. It is also approx 1 year old.
There are two high grade air mattresses in the house. If you would like to camp out and use one you're welcome to do so. Please place them on a surface to protect from rocks, and other things jagged if you do.
The couches are leather. Pets are not allowed on them or any furniture for any reason. Any understanding with regard to this is very much appreciated. The couch, and matching leather recliner both have usb ports on the side to plug in various things that may need charging. Couch and recliner adjustable buttons are on the side of each.
Guest access
My home is one story. There are steps to the door. I believe this would be a difficult place for someone who is walking challenged, and/or in a wheel chair. I've looked into making the house more accessible, however; I have not figured out how I want to and will do so yet. If you are disabled please let me know if this is a hindrance. Perhaps we can work together to come up with a viable solution.

Neighbourhood
Home is in a peaceful and quiet subdivision. One vacation house is visible from this one. Otherwise, neighbors are sparse until closer to town. The road to the house from the highway is gravel, however; it’s a very easy drive in any vehicle.
Getting around
The subdivision is very close to Beaver Lake (2 miles). It is popular for fishing, swimming, Eagle watching, enjoying water sports, and more. It takes approx 8 minutes to get to the Beaver Dam boat launch. Many people fish at White River which is nearby as well. It is also an 8 min drive.
Downtown Eureka Springs is 9.5 miles away, or approximately 20 minutes. Blue Spring Heritage Center, and Thorncrown Chapel are nearby as well. Each are approximately 9 miles/15 minutes away. There are many opportunities for shopping, art galleries, & food in town.
A trip via Uber or Lyft to get to downtown Eureka Springs is approx $25.00. To avoid downtown traffic on weekends, holidays, and special occasions consider using Trolleys that are available at the turn-off for Downtown Eureka Springs to take you almost anywhere in town.
