General overview

Just a few minutes walk and you are just in the beach. The hinterland is rich with small villages which have a medieval look. The historical city of Ascoli Piceno (the county city) is just 20 miles from San Benedetto. Daily buses take you there in half an hour. Daily buses take also to Rome in about three hours. In a day you can go to Rome and get back to relax in San Benedetto. The bus stop is near my flat. In San Benedetto there is also an important railway station. Ancona airport and Pescara airport are at about 60 and 40 miles far away. Many low cost RyanAir flights to both airports mainly from Great Britain.

The space

This flat is a second home, but it is cosy and well furnished. Near the beach and the town centre. No need to use the car. Everything is in a few minutes walk. A hall, a large kitchen/dining room, a large bedroom with a double bed, another large room with two single beds, a small sitting room with a sofa which opens and becomes another double bed. Around the flat (on the ground floor) a small garden. Disponibile pure a scambi con località italiane. L'appartamento non è disponibile a LUGLIO ed AGOSTO.

Notes

It is well located. Only five minutes walk from the beach and it's in the centre of the town.
