General overview
1st floor 130m modern, comfortable, open plan flat with balcony. We think and several other guests from swap schemes think out flat is very accommodating and easy. It`s like yours probably with washing machine/dryer/coffee machine/ internet/comfy beds/netflix etc You will like it as it`s easy and user friendly. We will provide you with the information you need. Plus we have the friendliest cat in the world Bella.
The space
2 doubles, one en suite. Open plan kitchen with bar stools, lounge and dining. Fitness machine. Washer / dryer room in flat. Internet throughout. Dark oak parquet flooring. Pantry. 15m balcony.
Guest access
The 1st floor flat can be accessed by the main entrance to block containing 4 families. We are on the 1st floor and which can be accessed by a lift or one flight of stairs.
Notes
Access and living is very simple. Our flat is 120m and very clean, modern and comfortable. It has 2 double bedrooms, one en suite and a separate toilet with basin.

Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is child friendly and we are opposite a children's playground so if you have children, it`s perfect. There are 5 similar blocks to ours and our Swiss neighbours are quiet and respectful. We are situated on the edge of a forest and near to farmland/walking which provides many different walking routes offering superb views of Lake Luzern. A must to try out.
Getting around
Car park is 1 minutes walk away. Walk to bus stop down the hill is 9 mins and coming back 12mins. Buses go regularly into Luzern from Horw the village where we are located. Luzern is a 10 mins bus ride away or a 35 mins walk.
