General overview

Welcome to our cozy house: Our beautiful wooden house has a beautiful and sunny garden only 2 kilometers from our local lake (Ammersee). We have a beautiful garden patio with wooden furniture and a canopy. It's a nice place to relax and have breakfast, lunch or dinner al fresco... You're sitting next to a horse meadow with some friendly horses. We have very nice and helpful neighbors.

The space

Our kitchen is fully equipped, of course also a Nespresso machine :-)...... Washing machine and dryer are available as well as wireless internet access throughout the house. The ground floor is an open space: kitchen, dining area and living room are just one big room. And a toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower. Under the roof is another large room with a sofa and space for yoga and fitness (cool rowing machine = water rower) and the TV.... and a bathroom with a bathtub. Not forgetting the basement: Here you will find a laundry room with washing machine & dryer, another bedroom with a sofa bed and a new & very modern bathroom... and the sauna for 2 people.

Neighbourhood

There is a great gym and pool in Greifenberg (5 minutes drive) or swim in the lake in Schondorf. There are 2 golf courses nearby: Golfclub Starnberg and Golfclub Hohenpähl.

Getting around

The house is surrounded by a breathtaking landscape. A great location if you like swimming, surfing, sailing or stand up paddling, cycling, running, walking or hiking. The lake is only 2 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bike or 12 minutes on foot. Munich city center is only 45 minutes away by train (train station is directly in Schondorf, 5 minutes on foot) or 35 minutes by car. You can reach the Alps in an hour's drive. Lots of restaurants and beer gardens nearby if you prefer to dine out. Please ask us for more information, it will be our pleasure to answer!
