General overview

My apartment is located in a small, very quiet residence. It is located on the third and last floor, facing south. A small terrace opening onto the living room is ideal for sunbathing. A large awning provides shade. There are also two balconies, one off the kitchen and the other off the bathroom. The apartment consists of a living room of 35 m², two bedrooms, a kitchen (four people can eat there) and a bathroom with bathtub (shower equipment).

The apartment has a surface of 86 m². It is composed of the following parts: - kitchen equipped with dishwasher, - 2 bedrooms, - bathroom with bathtub equipped with shower, - Separate toilets, - large living room

Notes

My apartment, functional, clean, neat and bright, is ideally located in the heart of Alsace. It is ideal for a couple or a couple with 2 children (a sofa located in the second bedroom turns into a very comfortable 140 cm bed. I have a cot that can be put up if needed. It is close to shops, various means of transport, the wine route, the famous Christmas markets, Germany (less than an hour). The airports of Mulhouse-Bâle or Strasbourg are less than 40 minutes away by car and easily accessible. I do not accept stays of less than 3 nights.

Neighbourhood

My apartment is located on the immediate outskirts of Colmar and a few kilometers from the most beautiful vineyards of Alsace. 5 minutes walk from the apartment: bus lines to get to the city center of Colmar as well as a small train station which allows you to get to Colmar or the Munster valley. The Vosges are 15 km away with the magnificent valley of Munster and many very well marked hiking trails. Two ski resorts are 30 minutes away by car. And of course, Strasbourg is 25 minutes away by train.

Getting to my home

To come to me, you can take the plane, the train or the car. Basel-Mulhouse or Strasbourg Entzheim airports are less than 45 minutes away by car. Colmar train station is less than 10 minutes away by car. The motorway exit is 7 minutes from the apartment.

You will find all the necessary stores to make your purchases: supermarkets nearby. A pharmacy is located 100 meters from my home. Bus lines serving Colmar are a 5-minute walk away.
