Our house is located in Angers, a quiet and pleasant dynamic city 1 hour from the beaches of the Atlantic coast, a few kilometers from the Loire wine route and 1h30 from Paris by TGV... In short, all the advantages of the province with easy access easy to the capital. A perfect central point for exploring and discovering France

The space

The house is on 3 levels. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 games room, 1 living room opening onto a balcony, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Facing south, our house is bright, warm and has a flower garden. I can easily send you other photos and I also have a video to take a virtual tour!

Guest access

The house is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility, some living rooms are accessible by stairs. One bedroom is however on one level
