General overview

Charming apartment with garden located in Cannes: you can do everything on foot! Stroll on La Croisette, go to the beach, stroll around the port or the old town.... Cannes in the Côte d'Azur, French Riviera, is an excellent base for touring the entire region: Antibes, Nice, Italy, the hinterland and its magnificent villages. There is so much to do! It is a magnificent region which benefits from exceptional sunshine.

The space

Our apartment has a large living room, a master bedroom, a children's bedroom (with adult bedding), a bathroom with bath/shower, a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is spacious with an opening onto the terrace and the garden (about 70 m2 outside). There is also a swimming pool in the residence: in general it is very quiet because it is a small residence with many secondary apartments. Our apartment is facing south-east, it is crossing, not overlooked, very quiet!

You can do everything on foot. We are located about ten minutes walk from the Forville market and the historic district of Cannes, the Suquet. We are about 15 minutes walk from the train station, the Croisette and the first beaches. If you come by car, you can park for free on the street.
