Two storey home with garage and laundry downstairs. External staircases to enter the home.

Notes

There is a 'granny flat' downstairs which has completely separate access and is occupied by my adult son. He would use the shared washing machine a twice a week.

Neighbourhood

Ferny Hills is a hilly (yep) area which adjoins the Bunya and Samford forest areas (which are great for walking). The train station is a five minute walk from the house and there are local shops, a pub and bottle shop, newsagent, Thai restaurants, a yoga centre and a great coffee shop all within walking distance.

Getting around

You can walk to the local shops for daily groceries. A number of other larger shopping centres are within 5-10 minutes drive away (or you could brave some hills on a bike). The Ferny Grove station is close by and the train will take you to the city in 27 minutes.
