There are 2 bedrooms, plus study upstairs, 2 & a half bathrooms, the main bedroom with en suite and balcony overlooking the Parklands. Downstairs is another sgl/dbl bed option.

Guest access

Private and secure, with a double garage and a side gate entrance from the back terrace/garden, leading to tranquil winding paths, the Linear Parkway and the river Torrens!

Notes

"Lochiel Park" is a wonderful, active Eco-Village with friendly, like-minded neighbours, within easy access by the fast 'Oh-Bahn' bus which will take you directly to the centre of the city in 7mins! You can also safely walk or bike ride along the Linear Parkway into Adelaide or the beautiful Adelaide Hills.

Neighbourhood

Campbelltown, once a suburb chosen by Italian migrants to settle and grow fruit and vegetables, it is now a vibrant place with many restaurants and fine continental shopping without the hasstle of parking in the city. The Campbelltown Golf Course is 5 mins walk away, with “Free” Bike hiring facilities at the Club House!

Getting around

The Oh-Bahn express Bus takes just 7 mins from the 'Clemzig Interchange' to the city - From my home to the Interchange is a pleasant 16min walk... there is another bus service closer, but it's not Express. I will provide all Transport and Touring information to help you make the most of your visit to South Australia 🇦🇺
