The space
our 150 m2 loft house is a haven of peace in the heart of Marseille, in the city center but in absolute calm. Facing its wooded patio garden, it offers a spacious living-dining room of 60 m2, a piano, 4 bedrooms, a wooden terrace decorated with Mediterranean plants and its barbecue for summer evenings, a large kitchen for gourmets , you will also find deck chairs, lots of books, films and records, a piano.
Space, comfort, calm and greenery in the heart of the city: a unique atmosphere and decor inspired by our travels!
Plage des Catalans, Parc du Pharo, Mucem, theaters, cinemas, museums, farmers' or fishermen's markets, restaurants, old port, TGV station, boat to the islands or the Calanques....you can do everything on foot!

A ten-minute walk from the old port, our neighborhood is one of the nicest and liveliest in Marseille: the city center offers multiple activities, walks, shopping, cinema, shows etc. Very quickly, we reach magnificent natural spaces like the Frioul Islands, the Château d'If or the Calanques because Marseille is surrounded by very preserved and still intact nature..... with us, you can combine artistic and cultural discovery. Close to the old port, in the heart of the city, our neighborhood offers multiple restaurants from all over the world, museums, theaters, cinemas and the opera, various boutiques, the organic farmers' market, café terraces, between working-class neighborhood and chic neighborhood..... the metro is at the end of our street and the tram 100 meters away.... as well as the old port and the entire city center (museums, galleries...etc) Around the Calanques Natural Park, Aix en Provence, the Lubéron, the Camargue, the Verdon gorges are easily accessible.

We are a curious and open Marseille family passionate about the arts, literature, nature, music, gastronomy, and the discovery of new cultures. We most often travel as a couple, or with our children, now students aged 20 and 22. years old (calm and friendly). We take care of our home and are very respectful of other people's property. We have welcomed two young and adorable cats who are very affectionate and gentle.
We have adopted this mode of travel for 15 years (more than 80 exchanges) by choice and conviction, for us welcome, respect for others, trust are essential values. We arrived on PLU because our old exchange site no longer resembles us: our house is not a product.
