General overview
Our home is in a safe and quiet area. We are blessed with being near the sea and the countryside and walking distance to lovely independent (and regular) stores and cafes.
The house is comfortable with a good energy plus lots of toys, books and games for children and a good-sized garden.
The space
Situated on a one-way street with a large green and playpark it the front, you are met at our home with a driveway for 2 cars. Enter through the front door to a hallway (stairs to left) with downstairs WC. Through a door to the large kitchen/diner with storage space for coats, a table that can extend to seat 10 and large double patio doors to a spacious garden. In the garden we have swings, a slide and a climbing frame plus bikes.
The cosy sitting room from the kitchen/diner with a sofa and TV, Wii and PlayStation. We have Netflix, Disney+ and Prime. WIFI router in the sitting room also. We have a utility room on this floor with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs you are met on the 1st floor with a family bathroom, a master bedroom with small ensuite, an office (this will be locked), and a double room which is our 3 year old's bedroom. Up the stairs to the 2nd floor where there are two further single rooms and another bathroom with shower.

Getting to my home
Easy access by train or car from London (city) and London Heathrow and Gatwick.
We are an 8 minute drive from the train stain - taxis are plentiful but the 1/1A and Loop bus will bring you a 4 minute walk from our house.
South of London down the M25 and down the A23 and A27.
East of Southampton and Portsmouth
West of Hastings and Dover.
Nearest airport
London Gatwick is a 1h drive or train ride (direct train from LGW to Eastbourne)
Getting around
Or home is ideally located on a quiet residential one-way road with a park and green out the front.
We are situated a 4 minute walk to a parade of shops, independents and cafes. We have an independent greengrocer, an independent butcher, an independent bakery, pet shop, 2 local supermarkets (co-op and Sainsburys) in the parade, 2 barbers, 2 hairdressers, 2 cafes, a florist, post office, fish and chip restaurant, 2 charity shops and a couple other shops.
We are 2 minutes walk from a large medical centre and only a 5 minute drive to the main hospital.

We are a married couple with a 2, 7 and 8 year old who we are home educating. We loved travelling pre-kids and are now looking to instill an adventurous spirit in the children. When we visit a new place we always try to travel around to find local special spots and hidden gems. I can speak Spanish and a little French.
We can be quite flexible but not completely spontaneous due to work commitments.
Our listing is our main and only home and therefore swaps will need to be simultaneous. Alternatively, we can host PLU in our spare bedroom if you're happy to share our family home with us. There are 2 single beds with space for a travel cot/airbed.
