General overview
Very functional, warm with backyard on a quiet street. Located 6 minutes by car from the highways, 15 minutes by car from the city center and 45 minutes from the Mont-ste-Anne ski resort and 30 minutes from the Stoneham ski resort. Nature lovers will be served in all seasons, the beauty of the trees (red, yellow and orange maples) in the fall. The city of Montreal is 2.5 hours away, the Malbaie region is 1.5 hours away with its exceptional landscapes. Several forests for hiking nearby. The mountains for cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, skidooing and dog sledding in the forest. My partner and I have made several trips to Europe, Asia and the United States, some of which were with Troc maison. We like to leave a clean house and expect the reciprocal.
The space
Bungalow with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room. Backyard with above-ground pool and gazebo. The house is on a dead end street so very quiet in a very safe neighborhood. The house is fully equipped for cooking, there is heating and air conditioning. We have two parking spaces.
Guest access
Two floors, and 2 steps to the first between the living room and the kitchen.
Notes
There are beautiful museums: the Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Civilization are the most important, but there are others. There are very good restaurants for all budgets.

Neighbourhood
The neighborhood is quiet but close to downtown Old Quebec, the St. Lawrence River, Ile d'Orléans, mountains and forests. The Malbais region, 1h30 by car, is very beautiful to see.

Our house is 27 minutes from the train station and buses that serve other cities. Our city buses are a 3 minute walk away. They serve the upper town of Quebec well.
