We live in a beautiful apartment of 115m2 in Annecy-le-Vieux, the city officially with the best quality of life in France. A bright and pleasant space that lacks nothing. we have a splendid lake view from a large terrace. All is quiet here, just 10 minutes from the city center and the beaches. The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant street 100m from all useful shops and the best restaurants of the region.A perfect apartment to discover the region, the mountains, the lake or the golf courses while enjoying a chic and urban base.
The space
2 spacious bedrooms with double bed, one of which belongs to our teenager. A desk with a single bed. A large living space and two BIG terraces. Sun all day!

Abel and his family stayed at my house for two weeks and were wonderful guests! Communication and setting up the exchange was so easy with Abel. They are experienced home exchangers on another platform, so I was very happy to be able to exchange with them as I am new to this, and it made me feel very comfortable and Abel gave me lots of good advice. They clearly have a lot of pride in their own home in Annecy and I felt very comfortable they would look after my house as their own, which they did. We had a great video chat before they came and they communicated any questions to me during the exchange. They took great care of my home and I would welcome them back anytime.
