General overview
Our house is very kid friendly with a lot of indoor and outdoor toys. We live in a neighborhood with a lot of families, on a low traffic street that ends in a cul de sac. Yet, we are within walking distance to all of the shops/restaurants/amenities you might need.
The space
Our house is very kid friendly with a lot of indoor and outdoor toys. We live in a neighborhood with a lot of families, on a low traffic street that ends in a cul de sac. Yet, we are within walking distance to all of the shops/restaurants/amenities you might need.
We have a fully fenced in large yard with a fire pit, bounce house, and an outdoor living room on our back deck. Our front porch is also lovely- my husband and I frequently relax there in the mornings while sipping our lattes (from the coffee shop around the corner)
Our kitchen is the hub of the house and is very well equipped. We have a high-chair/booster seat if needed. The kitchen flows into our open living room which has a lot of seating and a large TV. We have Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO+, Prime stream services.
Our master bedroom with a king sized bed is located on the first floor with an ensuite modern bathroom. The other two bedrooms with queen sized beds (one is on the floor for our daughter) are located upstairs.
We also have a small office upstairs which gets incredible natural light. We have high speed internet and multiple large monitors for you to use.
Our daughter is 3 so we have lots of toddler and baby gear available (strollers, carseats, highchairs, sippy cups, you name it)

Notes
We do have a dog (he will not be in the house). We also have an outdoor cat (we would love if you could feed her).

We live in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood which which is a highly coveted neighborhood, that is central to all that Charlotte has to offer.

My husband, Press, and I are in our late 30s and we have a 3 year old daughter. We are both working remote jobs and we would like to take this opportunity to experience different parts of the world. We traveled a lot before we had a daughter, and now we'd like to introduce her to new places and experiences.
We love to be outside- hiking, biking, rock climbing, scuba diving. We also really enjoy finding intimate coffee shops and delicious restaurants. We are new to Home Exchange, but we would love to share our home with you. We're very open to location, and would really like longer stays to fully experience new neighborhoods.
