Neighbourhood
We are fortunate to have an amazing view from the master bedroom to Colonel Samuel Park, for me one of the best hidden gems in Toronto. CSP is located on shores of Lake Ontario and bordering southern campus of Humber College with it's unbelievable gorgeous Victorian buildings. This park attracts everybody who loves nature, trees, waters, birds and superb views of the lake and Toronto. There is also a figure 8 skating rink in winter and you can watch people kitesurfing in the summer. We are 8 minutes walking to Rotary Peace Park with free swimming pool. Great to go for a swim after touring Toronto.
We are also 3 minutes walking to Lakeshore Blvd W. with 24 hour Rabba Fine Foods, famous Tim Hortons and plenty of restaurants (Indian, Italian, Japanese, Argentinian, Polish, our favourite Thai restaurant, etc). You are walking distance to shops, pharmacies, banks, cafes and health services. I could give you great recommendations.

Toronto Pearson Airport is just 15mins drive away or easily accessible by public transport.
