General overview
We live on the sunny Gold Coast in Australia, home to some of the best beaches in the world. We live close to all ammenities, big shopping malls, train station, beautiful beaches and a short drive to the famous hinterland of the Gold Coast. The Gold Coast has great shopping, the famous Surfers Paradise, amazing restaurants, home to Movieworld, Seaworld, Dreamworld and other theme parks. We are an hour drive or train to Brisbane. The Brisbane Airport has a direct train to Varsity Lakes, on arrival it is only a five minutes drive to our home.
The space
Our home is a friendly, comfortable and welcoming space. Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining areas, great outdoor entertaining area, swimming pool, lush tropical gardens, potted garden and herbs. BBQ . Whilst we say no smoking, it is fine outside as long as butts are removed and left clean. Our house is very private and beyond the fence it is our happy place. We do have lots of plants so if you could water our babies we would be so grateful. We will love your home as we love ours.
Guest access
Guests can access all parts of the house except the garage, out space is quite open. You will access our house through the side gate.

Our house is quirky, colourful, with lots of plants, we have herbs growing you are welcome to, a divine swimming pool (night skies and night swimming the best) The house is easily accessible, if needed I can provide a ramp, shower chair and can access other home mods if required. We have a grab rail in the bath and shower. We can provide a porta cot and high chair if needed. We have foxtel, Netflix and Stan. Also we can leave the play station. We love our home, it is our happy and safe space, we will treat your home with the same love, respect and care we treat our own. Your pets and plants will be well cared for.

Neighbourhood
You will find us in Varsity Lakes, a very central area on the Gold Coast. You are close to the famous Robina Town Centre a lovely shopping mall, we have great lake walks, where you will see birdlife and swans. We are five minutes drive from a train station, where you can catch a train to Brisbane/ Brisbane Airport. Ours is a quiet family friendly neighbourhood, everyone looks out for one another and welcoming. You will find a aldi supermarket ten minutes walk away, otherwise there are a number of supermarkets within 10 mins drive. Shops and restaraunts are close, Uber eats deliver.
Getting around
There is a bus stop within 5 minutes walk from our house, also Varsity Lakes Train station is a five minute drive. Uber and Taxis are plenty on the Gold Coast

We live on the beautiful sunny Gold Coast in Australia, home to some of the worlds best beaches and hinterland, Summer is glorious, warm happy days in the sunshine, beach and pool. We love our climate and the relaxed happy way of life here, however due to health reasons for my boy, we like to escape the heat for a cooler climate every December/January school holidays.
