General overview

It's only a 100m to two different beaches, Gordon's Bay and Clovelly Beach. The apartment is one block from the famous Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk. Sydney CBD (downtown) is just a quick 25 min drive or bus ride away. Further up the hill you'll find a cute little village with cafes, patisseries and boutiques. Inside the apartment is covered in art and cute interiors. She's an older apartment, but she's full of charm and has been well taken care of. The view out to the sea is particularly lovely from the big bay window in the living room.
