General overview

Spacious 2 floors apartment, in a calm area, 20 km from Warsaw - with good train connections to the Polish capital - lots of cultural attractions (museums, theatres, science center, parks, restaurants). It's our family home, with games for kids and teens, 3+ working places. Forest or park with lakes is 5-10 mins away, great for walks or jogging. Free parking, calm area, 10 mins to highway connection to Berlin, Krakow, Wroclaw... , 25 mins to the major Polish airport (Chopin's).

The space

2 bedrooms (one is living room with balcony, TV, expandable sofa. Another is a bedroom on 2nd floor with sky watching roof window). 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, another with bath tube). Kitchen with dining room and bar table.

Guest access

Apartmant is on 2nd floor in the building. Inside the apartment is a staircase to get to the upper floor with the second bedroom and bathroom. Staircase has security doors for kids.

Notes

You can rent our bikes or use city bikes. It's our private home, so we leave there our books library (English, Polish, Slovak), movies, board games and some toys. We have 4 places for work on a computer or study (separate tables, in 2 separate rooms).

Neighbourhood

We live in a small block of flats area, not overcrowded, with several playgrounds and trees. Park 5 mins walk with kids playground, trampolines, water ponds, and church nearby. Forest for nice autumn / spring / winter walks or biking is 10 min by bike or car. Train station 10-15 min walk and then 20-30m mins ride to Warsaw center. Main Warsaw airport is 20-30 mins by car, or 1h by train.

Getting to my home

By plane - main Warsaw airport is 20-30 mins by a car, or 1 hour by the city train to our place. By train - from Warsaw central station it is 30 mins by train + 10 min walk to our place. Uber, Bolt is available. By car - we are 10 min away from the highway joint (directions Berlin, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Lodz). No need to get stuck in Warsaw traffic jams. Driving to Warsaw center takes 20-30 mins by car, or train.

Nearest airport

Warsaw Chopin airport Okecie (Wizzair and major airlines) is 20-30 mins by car or 1h by city train to our place. 2nd Warsaw Modlin airport (Ryanair) is about 1 hour by car or bus.

Getting around

Shops are 5 mins walk away (Lidl, Rossman, other groceries). Bigger shopping mall with a cinema is in the town - 20 min walk or 10 min by bike or car. Another big shopping center (Ikea, cinemas, ...) is 15 min by car. Restaurants in a town are 10-15 min away (local Polish, Italian or Georgian for example). The swimming pool is in the town 10 min by car. And Warsaw is only 30 min by car or train with many cultural and sports possibilities (concerts, parks, restaurants).
