General overview
This two-bedroom apartment is located in Neukölln / Alt-Treptow, a calm area just minutes away from Maybachufer and buzzy Weserstraße, where you’ll find lots of cool bars and restaurants. It’s also close to the Spree and beautiful Treptower Park, with good transport links to the airport. Great for families as well as people in the city for work.
The space
The apartment is on the third floor of a newly-built complex. Thankfully, there is a lift! The space is divided into two double bedrooms, a large bathroom (with a really excellent shower), and a spacious open-plan kitchen/living room. To the front of the living room is a big, sunny and plant-filled balcony – really perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the city.
Guest access
You will have full access to the apartment. However, please don’t put anything on top of the piano! You're invited to play it at reasonable hours, just treat it with caution and love please. Space is a bit limited, but we will make some space for you to store your belongings
Notes
Please only request to stay here if you are willing to water the plants, both inside and outside. There are quite a few of them and it would be quite sad to see them die!
