Neighbourhood

The map is sometimes wrong, we are across the valley from Beaver Creek and NOT located in Edwards. The duplex is located on the North hill side of the valley (so it gets lots of sun) at about 8,000 feet in the locals residential neighborhood of Wildridge, just above the town of Avon. It is called Wildridge because it is common to see wildlife including fox, rabbits, coyote, birds, deer, elk, ermin and an occasional bear. But, don't worry about being too secluded as we are only about a 5 minute drive from Avon, 7 minutes to Beaver Creek and 15 minutes to Vail. Our neighborhood also prides itself by being very dark at night and we are far above the interstate highway noise that plagues most of Avon and Vail.

Getting around

You will need a car to get around as there is no public transportation up where we live down to the valley floor. You can sometimes get an Uber if needed. AWD or 4WD car during Winter necessary. We are open to exchanging cars.
