General overview
Our home has everything you need. Heated pool, sauna, gym and babsketball court. It's great for entertaining or relax by the pool with friends and family.
The space
Downstairs area:
- Master bedroom with king size bed.
- Master ensuite bathroom.
- Study area with computer, electric adjustable desk and ergonomic chair. The study has sliding doors to close off the room for more privacy and we have electric blinds that can be closed to reduce the outside light. This room also has a piano.
- Guest bathroom.
- Toy room, can also be used as a bedroom. We have a self inflate blow up bed.
- Laundry with washing machine, dryer and inside a ceiling drying hanger.
- Open living and dining room, kitchen and butlers pantry. We have two dishwahers.
Upstairs area:
- Living area with TV and playstation.
- Gaming computer and 2 gaming chairs.
- 2 x bedrooms, both with queen size beds and a single pull out trundle underneath.
- Cupboards full of toys, arts/crafts and books.
- Bathroom with toilet and shower.
- All rooms have block out blinds.
Outside area:
- Cabana with sliding doors that open up to the backyard.
Inside has gym equipment, 2 seater sunlighten sauna, bathroom with shower, two tv's, fridge, heating and cooling.
- Basketball court
- Salt water pool that can be gas heated and solar heated.
- Outdoor shower.
- Seating area around the pool, with outdoor TV.
- BBQ area.
- Seperate deck area with outdoor table and chairs.
- Quiet front yard, shaded by trees.
- Off street parking for two cars.
Notes
We are willing to do a car swap. I have a 7 seater and my husband has a 5 seater.
We have booster seats for older children.
We have a foldable bassinet cot and full sized foldable cot and they both come with organic mattresses.
Both are made of top quality wood. It's not the cheap portable cots.

Neighbourhood
We live in a quiet street.
We're close to many great parks and Centre rd is very close which has great restaurants and food options.
Chadstone shopping centre is 20mins away and Southland another great shopping centre is 15 mins away.
We are close to many great attractions and train stations.
At our back entrance, we are 30m from the local primary school which has a great play area and room to run around.
Nearest airport
Tullamarine airport is approx 45mins away.
Getting around
We can arrange a car swap or we have many train stations near by for you to get around.

We are a family of 4. Mum, Dad and 2 gorgeous boys 12 and 8 years. My husband has his own business, a consultancy firm in property and I've been a stay at home Mum for the past 11 years.
