General overview
We have a lovely one bed apartment with sea views, short walk to beaches, town centre and all night life. We also have something which is gold dust in Newquay which is parking.
The space
From the front moving back we have a conservatory area with an office and opposite a dining table, moving back we have a lounge with 2 recliner chairs plus a sofa, alternative electric fire to heating if needed. Smart tv plus Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space, dressing table and tv. Bathroom is a shower, washbasin and toilet.

Notes
We own this building and our apartment is one of 6, the other 5 are residential so please note, this isn’t a party house. Whilst we want everyone to enjoy a fabulous stay here we ask that you respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum at night.
There is a laundry room on the first floor with access to the washing machine, this is shared by all tenants, as is the washing line.
The car park has allocated spaces, please note it is suitable for a small to medium size car, no large vans or campers.

Neighbourhood
Newquay is a fabulous base to explore Cornwall. Apart from the wonderful beaches within walking distance we have on the doorstep, Port Issac, St Michael’s Mount, Watergate bay, St. Ives, Lands End Eden Project, Minnack open air theatre and loads more …….
Getting to my home
Fly to Newquay airport, take a train to Newquay station or by car take the A30 coming South from M5
Nearest airport
Newquay airport is about twenty minutes by car
Getting around
Easy walk into town with 3 supermarkets, Sainsburys, Asda and Aldi. Also Morrisons and Lidl a few minutes drive away. There is also a good bus service which stops a few paces away from the flat.
The mighty Fistral beach is about twenty minutes walk but Towan beach is nearer. Lots of other beaches nearby including Crantock and Polperro.
