Ground floor - beachfront apartment. South facing terrace with spectacular views, particularly of the sunsets. Overlooking the communal swimming pool. Underground parking and there is a very helpful residential porter.
Many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The Costa Topical claims to have 320 days of sunshine a year. The winters are generally very mild. We are situated a short drive from the main highway. Granada or Malaga are within 50 minutes drive. Southermost ski resort in Europe is within 90 minutes drive while golf course is 25 minutes away. Seville and Córdoba are also within easy driving distance.
