Our home is in a quiet neighborhood that is local to everything Tampa Bay has to offer. It is a brand-new remodel all throughout the house with bright and white spaces, new appliances, and an office. We are 20 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from the Bay, and 35 minutes from the best beaches I’m FL. It’s a perfect summer getaway for beach and water lovers!

Hi there! My name is Maddy and my husband Jimmy and I live in Tampa, Florida. We have a 2-yr old sheep-a-doodle named Bear that will sometimes travel with us. We love the outdoors, beach, and sunshine but are finding we need a little respite from the heat every now and then! I am a teacher that is off for the summer and Jimmy is a software engineer that can work remotely anywhere with good WIFI. We are new to house-swapping but looking forward to the adventure!
