General overview

We lived in Sainte-Adèle in the Laurentians and our daughter lives in Montreal. We wanted to get closer while living in a quiet environment, but close to everything. This 5-storey building immediately appealed to us. The apartment is bright. We have a gym and a heated swimming pool. A terrace area is set up on the roof of the building. Everything is new!

The space

The living room, dining room and kitchen are open areas. In the master bedroom we have a king bed. The 2nd bedroom is used as an office and we installed a sofa there that turns into a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a large bath and a separate glass shower. The kitchen is well equipped and the counter is in quartz.

Guest access

Access to the building is easy and the elevator takes us to our floor on the 5th. If you want to do the car exchange it is possible for us and the car has its place in the garage.

The building being opposite the Sainte-Thérèse commuter train station, you can easily move to downtown Montreal or to nature and its beautiful mountains and lakes in the Laurentians region. At 5 minutes by car you will find supermarkets, pastry shops, bakery and shopping centers. Less than 5 km away, there is the Domaine Vert where you will find many hiking trails, trails for mountain bikes and touring bikes.
