General overview
I don't often update the calendar so please enquire as other dates are available other than the highlighted.
A cat lovers paradise. You will be sharing the home with Archie and Evie.
IMPORTANT: You MUST be cat lovers as when exchanging you will need to be taking care of the 2 cats by feeding, petting/playing and scooping and changing the litter regularly. They also do wake up very early and can be vocal.
They also love sleeping on the bed with you.
The space
The apartment is on the top floor, a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 2 balconies.The apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated and you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen.
The complex is really lovely, It's resort style living with beautiful gardens, pool, gym and tennis court. The location is fantastic close to great cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping.
Public transport is close by and the best way to get to the city.
The train station is only a 6-8 minute walk and the commute is only 10 minutes.
There is free visitor parking is sometimes available (not guaranteed) but I need a couple of days notice to potentially book a spot if available.
There are also on demand undercover spots available that don’t require booking but again, theres no guarantee. Alternatively theres street parking.
Guest access
Access to the apartment is via security fob. We would need to meet to explain the homes detail/ the cats routine and supply the key.
Notes
Just some finer important details.
Post each exchange I have the home professionally cleaned. Wether it’s a 2 night or two week stay I pass on the cost to the visitor. which is around $120.
After all. Who wants to waste time scrubbing toilets and washing linens when on a holiday!
- For experienced cat lovers only as the conditions of the exchange are you will be looking after the 2 cats. They are fed twice a day so I would expect the guests to be at home in the mornings and evenings for feeding.
- Neat and tidy policy. I request that the home is thoroughly cleaned after your stay. I can offer my cleaning service for a fee if you'd rather spend the time exploring/relaxing than cleaning
- No parties
- No extra visitors unless arranged prior
- Smoking is only allowed on the balconies and butts disposed
- Children under 16 are not able to stay. Sorry

Neighbourhood
Sitting on the fringes of some of Sydney’s most vibrant hubs, Erskineville is a small vibrant enclave that has all the trimmings of inner-city living. Whether you favour brunch, or the cocktail hour or both, Erskineville has you covered with a line-up of establishments that have mastered the art of hospitality and some of which have become part of Sydney folklore. Erskineville Road is the heart of this neighbourhood, the place where shopkeepers greet you by name and where the locals congregate to socialise.
If you wish to venture further (not much further) Newtown and all it's restaurants, cafes, pubs and great shopping is easily at hand.
