General overview
Our 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house is 2800 sq. feet and sits on 5.5 acres in a rural residential neighborhood only 10 minutes from the Sonoma Plaza, wineries, restaurants and hiking trails. Enjoy wine tasting, great restaurants or quiet, peaceful days soaking up the sun, sitting in the hot tub or taking a walk to the top of the hill where you can see views of the entire north bay (and on a clear day San Francisco- only 1 hour away). Our home gives access to the entire Bay Area and wine country. San Francisco, Healdsburg, and the Pacific Coast, only 45 -60 minutes, Napa wine country 30 minutes away.

The space
We have an open concept floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 offices, a family room and a great kitchen for cooking. We also have an outdoor kitchen, hot tub and outdoor shower.

Neighbourhood
Biggest bother in the neighborhood are crickets and the sound of frogs.
Getting to my home
A car is necessary as we are not near public transport.
Nearest airport
We are 45 minutes from the Santa Rosa Airport and 1 hour 15 minutes from San Francisco International Airport.
Getting around
Unfortunately, you will need a car as there is no public transport from the house. The closest market is about 10 minutes.
