The space
Our townhouse spans four levels, offering ample space and comfort for families. On the top floor, you'll find the master bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Adjacent to it is a cozy kids' room, thoughtfully equipped with plenty of toys and a Montessori bed to inspire creativity and restful sleep.
The 3rd floor houses a versatile playroom/studio, perfect for the kids to play in along with another bathroom featuring a shower and another kids' room come office.
The house has high speed internet and TVs in the lounge and master bedroom.
The heart of the house lies in its open-plan living and dining area, seamlessly connected to a spacious terrace adorned with outdoor furniture, lush plants, and a barbecue setup, ideal for alfresco gatherings and relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchen caters to culinary enthusiasts, providing all the essentials for preparing delicious meals.
There's a large washroom on the ground floor along with the last bedroom (the maid's room) which is small but equipped with a bathroom.
The garage has space for 2 cars and there are a tonne of vehicles for the kids to use too.

Neighbourhood
As mentioned above there's a gated entrance to the neighbourhood, 3 children's parks, a short hiking trail, a heated swimming pool, workout facilities, and football, basketball, and squash courts.
Getting to my home
The best way is to fly into Bogota International Airport. From there you can take a short flight to the Villavicencio airport which is 15 minutes away from our house or you can hire a trustworthy door to door transportation service that will pick you up at the airport and drop you off at our house ( a 3 hour drive, we can help set this up). There are also colectivos (ride share taxis) from the Bogota airport to the city if you are travelling on a budget.

Getting around
