Come and visit the stunning Gold Coast where sunny skies, golden beaches, and lively waves make it the perfect holiday destination. Whether you want to bask in the sun, learn to surf, test your bravery at the theme parks, hike to hidden waterfalls or enjoy live entertainment, we have it all. Perfectly situated in south east Queensland, we are only one hour from Brisbane or Byron Bay.
We have a big, open plan home on a wide canal in central Gold Coast. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, seamless indoor and outdoor living. We’ve got an in ground swimming pool along with a large covered outdoor alfresco area with built in BBQ. During the winter you can enjoy our wood burning fireplace.
The space
Our home is great for entertaining. We have a large open plan kitchen, flowing on to our informal lounge and outdoor entertaining area. We have a covered outdoor kitchen overlooking a large salt water pool. Inside we have a pool table and fireplace downstairs, as well as one bedroom and a bathroom. Three air conditioned bedrooms are upstairs, along with two bathrooms.
Our backyard is a child’s dream. We have a large yard, trampoline, pool, pontoon with a small tinny (that you may use if you have a valid boating license), fishing rods, scooters, and bicycles.
Guest access
We have a two story house with a large fully fenced yard and front gate. We have a digital lock on the front door for easy entry into the property. There are stairs down to our lower yard and the canal.

Neighbourhood
We live in a beautiful quiet street, directly across the canal from a large park. The park has a tennis club with courts that can be hired, a rowing club, Queenslands largest skate park, public pools, soccer and rugby clubs and more. Our home is only 2km from the world famous Gold Coast beaches.
We have Australia’s biggest selection of theme parks 30 minutes away, and amazing hinterland hiking trails and wineries the same distance.
Brisbane is only an hour’s drive away, as is Byron Bay and both are great day trips.
Getting to my home
We have a bus stop at the end of our street, but hiring a car or taking an Uber is the most practical way to get here from Coolangatta airport. If you are flying into Brisbane, the train station in Robina is only a 5 minute drive away and can connect you to international and domestic terminals.
Nearest airport
We are a 30 minute drive from the Gold Coast airport, or 1:15 minutes from Brisbane international airport.
Getting around
Pacific Fair, the Gold Coast’s largest shopping precinct, is only a 5 minute drive from our home. There are many smaller shops with large grocery stores even closer. You can catch a bus going to Pac Fair or Robina Town Centre from the end of our street. You can cycle to the beach from our house, or take public transport anywhere on the GC.
