General overview
The flat is in a quiet street in city center. It's a shared flat with another three expats from Italy, Thai, and British. early 20s to mid 30s.
When I travel or go back to my home in the south, I would like to offer my room for travelers. Another option could be my grandma's house nearby seaside in an old town in the south of Taiwan.
I am Tracey, worked and studied in Taipei, Singapore, NYC, Germany, and Shanghai. During Covid, i relocated back to Taipei.
The space
Options:
a) a private room in a shared flat in taipei city center: 3min walk to Daan forest park station, 2-10min to Daan Park, flower market, other 3 metro stations, cultural park, and night market, cafes, bookstores..etc. (close to everything!)
suitable for an international student or expat.
b) a house nearby seaside in an old town in the south of Taiwan. Suitable for a couple, family or international students for holidays to experience local culture.
Guest access
it's a walkup apartment in 2nd floor. Bus , metro, city bikes are around. Easy to access to everywhere in Taipei.
You can go to explore the city or go hiking easily.
