Step outside the lift and front lobby onto Rua do Barranco for a quick 6-minute walk to the town square and Praia do Carvoeiro. This clean and updated apartment is perfect for families or couples who seek a calm and relaxed holiday in the Algarve any time of the year!
The space
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor with a lift, private parking, and is equipped with air conditioning/heating units, double glazing for all windows and patio doors to help with temperature control. For extra warmth during the colder months there is a Salamander pellet burner. The kitchen, living and dining rooms intersect to form a beautiful open space perfect for couples or families that want to share time together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine and tea kettle. The apartment has free Wifi. The comfortable living room has a 55 inch Smart TV with service that includes 150 channels to choose from. The Master bedroom has a double bed with a 40 inch Smart TV with streaming service only (Netflix etc) and also has an En-suite with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds and a 40 inch Smart TV with streaming service only (Netflix, etc) Across the hall is a second bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has two terraces. The larger terrace can be accessed from the bedrooms and overlooks Rua do Barranco. This terrace has a dining area to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea in the morning or ideal for al fresco meals and watching the world go by. The second terrace can be accessed from the living and kitchen area.
Guest access
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy! You can enter the lobby and take the elevator/lift that brings you to the second floor. The apartment has its own parking garage where you would have your own parking spot.
Notes
For families traveling with young children, we provide additional amenities (high chair or a child cot for 2 years or younger) with advance notice. We also have games for days you want to stay in. We also provide beach towels for all our Casa Charmosa guests.
Casa Charmosa is deep cleaned and disinfected prior to every guest stay. You can also find in the apartment masks, cleaning detergents and hand sanitizers.
