Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Guest access
Our home has 2 floors with newly updated wood stairs that can be slippery so guests are advised to use the handrail when going downstairs. All bedrooms are upstairs; however, a new bunk-bed cot and single cot can be added to the living room to allow for those unable to climb stairs. The two full baths are upstairs, and there is a half-bath downstairs.
Notes
Simpsonville is located in the rolling hills of northwestern South Carolina. It has a thriving downtown with unique shops, a variety of restaurants, and several parks with playgrounds. It's also a quick 20-minute drive to downtown Greenville.
One of Siimpsonville's biggest attractions is the CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park, an outdoor entertainment venue with a seating capacity of 15,000. Along with major concerts and shows, the amphitheater hosts a number of community events, including Movies in the Park and the 10-day Fair at Heritage Park each spring.
Simpsonville is close to the mountains and many State Parks. We will leave you our State Park Passport for free admission and parking in all South Carolina State Parks).
The State Parks you will find within a short driving distance include Paris Mountain, Croft, Jones Gap, Table Rock, Caesar's Head, and Saddler's Creek. There are many others that are about 1-2 hours away.
Asheville is about 1.5 hours away. Charlotte is less than 2 hours away. Atlanta is around 2.5 hours away. Charleston is about 3 hours away. Dollywood in Tennessee is about 3 hours away.

Our home is located in a rural, casual, relaxed, beautiful neighborhood with tree-lined streets. It is also kid friendly with sidewalks and a playground down the street within the community. You'll often find kids riding their bikes/scooters, playing basketball and having fun outside.

Getting around
Public transport is available but not always convenient. While there are grocery stores, restaurants and shops within about a 20-minutes walking distance, it is best to have a car to get around.
