North Cascades National Park, San Juan Islands MT. Baker famous Snowboarding/ Skiing. Ocean, Lakes, Trails, skiing, shops breweries great food... and miles and miles of trails. Galbraith Mountain famous Mountain biking. Lakes and creeks. Less than 1mile from Historic Fairhaven (shopping and restaurants) Alaska Ferry and Amtrak 1.5 miles. Wildlife in our yard every day. The space

3 BR 2Bath, plus media room and family room in addition to formal living room and dining room. Media room great for remote work, with High Speed Wifi and desk/ bookshelf or Movie watching. Off street parking Lovely neighbors and neighborhood.

1 Floor Accessible entry. This is our home, and you will be welcome as if it were your own. Entire house available for you. (unless we are hosting and inviting you in while we are here) 3 blocks from public bus Full yard, deck and all amenties

Notes

We have an elderly dog who is hypoallergenic.. This is limiting our ability for sim exchanges these days. (we do spend many weeks a year with family out of state so please do propose a stay here in our gorgeous community) Your dog is welcome after approval.. Sorry No cats (allergies). It is NOT a fenced yard, but there are great trails within walking distance, a dog park 1/2 mile away We do not have Airconditioning It is rarely ever considered in this area, and we have many trees shading the property

3 Blocks from Bellingham Bay Pacific Ocean.. Forested yard and neighborhood Walkable to trails. Lovely kind neighbors, Share space with Deer, Bunnies, Birds,frogs, Owls. Enjoy being close to Historic Fairhaven Village, and also walkable to the Salish Sea and many hiking trails in the Chuckanut Mountains

Getting to my home

International flights into Seattle or Vancouver (then flixbus or airporter shuttle) Also Bellingham Airport is 10 minute drive/ uber We are less than 1 mile from Alaska Ferry, Amtrak Station and Bus station.

Getting around

3 blocks to Bus stop. Fairhaven Village with all shops less than a mile from house. Use of Bicycles.. Possibly car exchange available. Flix Bus stops at Western Washington University, which is 2 miles from our house, and accessible by rideshare or city bus.
