Our beautiful Spanish Villa is located in a private gated residential community situated within the Mayan Palace Resort property. This 5 Star home overlooks a protected estuary / wildlife sanctuary where we have kayaks to enjoy this amazing waterway. High and low tides come in behind the house with calm safe water. You have all the benefits of a private home combined with all the amenities of the Mayan Palace Resort including the numerous pools around the resort and the indoor pool heated all year long. You also will get to experience the tennis courts, kids club, and spa/gym and signature Jack Nicholas golf course paying current rates. The level of quality in this development is just as we had hoped for, with U.S. standard building codes, drinkable tap water, paved streets, lights and curbs. The feel of the house is very warm and welcoming, with large travertine stone tiles, open floor plan and high ceilings. You will love the old world charm of our home and furnishings with a Spanish / Santa Fe feel.
The space
Grand Mayan Beach Resort with Lazy River is a short 2 miles from home. We have WiFi
for streaming school or work. Quiet serene gated community. Isolated from the town and even the resort if you choose. The resort offer full access with wristbands to the Grand Mayan Pools, Lazy River and Childrens Club and Jack Nicholson Golf Course. Beds for 6 people.

We have drinkable tap water and American standards community. For fun, we get to walk the beach in our own little world where you feel like you are the only one who has ever walked here before. The shelling is wondrous, and unique because of the way the ocean tides bring in life to the estuary’s tidal pools. We can fish near our house and catch supper; we can dive for clams and cook them up at our home. if you want a little action you can head to the resort and partake in daily resort activities for adults & children, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, secluded private beaches, restaurants and bars, Fitness Center and Health Spa. You also have access to the Jack Nicklaus Signature Peninsula golf course.
The best place for sea shells is to drive out past the golf course as far as you can go and walk into the secluded beach area. The size and sheer number of shells are mind blowing; some are big enough to be used for soup bowls!

We are 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Penasco nestled in our quiet community.
We love to fish, play in the sand and have family get together's for the Holidays. This house holds everyone, and has lots of room to move around. Best of all we love to get a way form it all and this is the place to do it. Star gazing and night is amazing with very little light polution. We just came back from our trip over new years and have always felt very safe and relaxed both at the Mayan Palace resort and our trips into town. The local people are always friendly and helpful Our private gated community offers 24 hour security and is within the Mayan Palace Resort. We have never had any worries! This is a very quite home / place where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of tourists. But if you desire some action simply go to the resort itself or in to the town of Peurto Penasco or as locals call it Rocky Point

Mar de Cortés International Airport (IATA: PPE, ICAO: MMPE), also known as Puerto Peñasco International Airport is 5 min drive away from our Villa and the closest USA airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor airport PHX that is 3.5 hours drive away.
