Neighbourhood
Beach, nature, forrest, a bakery open during a few weeks during summer (normally the end of june until early aigust) (also serves great gelato).
There is no shops or service within walking distance. There i a bus connection but we think you will absolutely need a car!
Nearest airport
Kalmar Öland Airport, 10 minutes by car (national flights to Stockholm Arlanda Airport or Stockholm Bromma Airport)
Getting around
You need a car for shopping grocerys and other services and to get arround.
Go to Swedens second largest island Öland, 30 minutes by car. It has unique landscape and a Unesco world herritage as well as nice beaches
If you have smaller children take a day trip (1h 45min drive one way) and visit Astrid Lindgrens world. Let the kids meet up with their favourite characters like Pippi Longstocking, watch outdoor theaters, play in terrific playareas. Have really nice familyday that is enjoyable for audalts as well as for the kids.
