Opposite are new game fields (tennis, basketball, football), free to use. You can go hiking through the Leiria pine forest, walk along the Atlantic Road cycle paths, surf or bodyboard in the waves of S. Pedro, among other activities. There are also two children's parks within a 5-minute walk.
Other points of interest just a few kilometers away: Marinha Grande, Nazaré, Praia do Norte (big waves), Alcobaça, Batalha, Leiria, Óbidos, among others.
