The space
Our apartment is located in a modern residence, very quiet and well maintained. It has a large double living room, 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with king size bed (160), a bedroom with a single bed, and another with bunk beds, and loads of games/toys!
There are two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave and oven, Nespresso, Sodastream, etc.) where you can eat.
Its main asset is a large south-facing terrace on the 8th floor, overlooking the garden, with a view of the Sacré-Coeur, and where you can also eat.
We have underground parking, a super-efficient housekeeper who comes once a week (except in summer), and a babysitter if needed!
For series fans, we have Netflix, wifi, etc.

We live in a family neighborhood (parks and swimming pool nearby), lively (many small shops and pretty cafes), and very commercial. It's a very friendly quarter with a real village spirit: our visitors often appreciate it (especially with the good addresses of our personal guide).
Visits: Montmartre, Pigalle, Place Clichy, are 15 minutes away on foot, and one of the buses passing at the foot of the building will take you directly to the department store district, to the Louvre, or to Saint-Germain-des -Pres, for example!
Shopping: Two markets (Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday), several supermarkets (including 1 at the foot of the building), and many traders nearby: we have a detailed map with all our favorite addresses for shopping for all days or buy very good products ...

Getting around
Very well served by public transport (2 bus lines - 60 and 95 - a tram station and a Vélib station at the foot of the building and 3 metro lines - 4,12,13 - nearby).
