After an exchange, both members have 14 days from the last date of the exchange to submit feedback for each other (home feedback and guest feedback). Feedback is published as soon as both members have submitted theirs, or after the 14-day window closes — whichever happens first. This keeps feedback honest, since neither member can see what the other has written before submitting their own. Once published, feedback can't be edited. You can reply to feedback you've received. Replies are limited to one per piece of feedback, and like feedback itself, they can't be edited once submitted — so it's worth taking a moment before posting.
