Welcome to our wonderful Sun Peaks ski condo in the popular Stone's Throw condo complex at Sun Peaks Resort, Canada's 2nd largest ski resort.
Beautiful, conveniently located and luxurious with spectacular views, we believe this is a great Sun Peaks condo in one of the best ski-in AND ski-out locations at Sun Peaks Resort, and thankfully our guests all agree.
Our two level condo offers a large, open living room with a 20 foot high vaulted ceiling, 2 comfortable bedrooms plus an upstairs private enclosed loft, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped and upgraded kitchen with heated slate floors and stainless steel appliances, along with amazing private views of the golf course and both Tod and Sundance Mountains, and an upper deck with a private hot tub.

The layout of this BestSunPeaks condo is perfect for couples, families, or perhaps even two families with young children, and the upstairs loft is a huge hit with both parents and kids who love having the room to hang out and read, watch movies or play video games on the PS3 gaming system that we provide.
The condo backs onto the 16th fairway of the Sun Peaks Resort Golf Course, which is considered to be the highest elevation tee in British Columbia. In winter, the fairway right behind our condo becomes a one minute ski down to the Morrisey Express chairlift that will whisk you up Mt. Morrisey to begin your day on the slopes or to the new Orient Express chair.
It is just minutes away from the quaint, European style Sun Peaks village, and includes 2 reserved parking spots in the heated, underground parking area (one Stone's Throw garage door is 6'8", and the other door is 7'6" - plenty of room for most vehicles, including trucks/SUV's with ski carriers on top).
Overall, a great experience. Everything is so close and convenient to our Stone's Throw condo, so you can easily park your car and not need it until your Best Sun Peaks vacation comes to an end.

There are stairs from the underground parking area, stairs from the entry to the main living area, and stairs to the enclosed loft/3rd bedroom.
The private hot tub is partially screened by trees but also offers beautiful views of the mountains and one of the nearby chairlifts.
The doors have a numerical access code that you will be sent prior to your arrival.
Anmerkungen
Sun Peaks is wonderful in the summer as well as the winter. There are many family friendly activities for people of all ages and abilities. Sorry but no exchanges are available over Christmas holidays. Since this is a secondary home, a nominal cleaning fee may apply for non-simultaneous and non-reciprocal exchanges.

Sun Peaks is a beautiful European inspired ski resort. It is a small, compact, peaceful village which is like a tiny version of our big brother, Whistler/Blackcomb, and offers a safe and family-friendly community and many activities to enjoy year-round whether you are a skier or not.

Stone's Throw is a popular condo complex located about a 10-15 minute walk from the main village. It is quiet yet very close to everything, and is on the route of the free shuttle bus that operates in ski season. Ski-in/ski-out is super convenient with your choice of two nearby chairlifts.
Sun Peaks is about 45 minutes away from Kamloops airport so you will need to hire a vehicle or book a seat on the shuttle bus. Once in Sun Peaks, most amenities and activities are within easy walking distance.
Vancouver is around 4 hours away, Whistler is around 5 hours away, and there are many other areas of British Columbia to enjoy with a terrific highway system (be careful in the winter driving conditions which can change suddenly).

Nancy and myself live in the lower mainland of British Columbia, Canada, and own a beautiful townhome as well as a smaller yet also beautiful condo in Sun Peaks Ski Resort (4 seasons of fun) in British Columbia that we are making available for exchanges. We still work full-time but are wanting to enjoy some wonderful holidays when we can, both now and in the future as our working schedules begin to wind down.
We are very responsible, non smokers, social drinkers, and are hoping to eventually become part of this home exchange community and to make friends along the way. Given our limited vacation time currently (since we also enjoy playing in Sun Peaks as often as we can), near future destinations once considered safe again, include Kauai, Greece, Italy and perhaps Mayan Riviera or Caribbean. Australia and New Zealand are future goals too!
Our schedules make holidays over 1 week difficult at this time, so globes for future holidays would be a wonderful option if possible.
