The flat is located in the barrio named Montolivet. It is a typical barrio with mostly locals. Just a 3-minute walk will bring you to the City of Arts (Science museum, Opera House, Oceanographic) and Turia Park, a more than 10 km park that runs through the city. Great for picnics, cycling, walking, and plenty of playgrounds for the kids. There are plenty of local cafes in the area as well as two big supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.
Russafa, the hip neighborhood, is about a 15-minute walk, and downtown a half-hour walk. There are plenty of bus routes that will take you pretty much anywhere in the city including the beach. You are welcome to use our bikes to explore the city.
The flat is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath (both doubles). There is an elevator and 2 flats per floor, a typical Spanish flat. Very quiet at night too.

The flat has a spacious living room with a big-screen TV and movie channels including Netflix and Amazon. There is a convertible sofa if needed. It is a comfy apartment that is close to the touristy areas and Valencia is a very walkable city. Both bedrooms are doubles with the guest room being used as a study.
Gastzugang
It's a seven-story building with an elevator. Guests are welcome to use the bikes to explore the city. There is a washing machine for your use.
Anmerkungen
We are open to people traveling with a dog or two, and would definitely consider an exchange with pet care (of dogs, I have an allergy to cats).

The Turia park is very close as is the Science museum and the Oceanographic, the biggest aquarium in Europe. The Park Gulliver is less than a 10 minute walk (huge play structure for kids).
There are supermarkets (2) within five minute walk and the El Saler mall is about a 10-minute walk.
A very walkable neighborhood full of mom and pop stores and tapas places, and also close to Russafa where you can find restaurants with cuisine from all over the world.
Zu mir nach Hause kommen
The Valencia airport is on the metro line and brings you into the center. From there, you can either take a cab to the flat (about €8) or take a bus which drops you off practically downstairs.
You can also take a cab from the airport which will run about 20 euros.
Nächstliegender Flughafen
Manises Airpot is roughly 12km from the flat.
Rumkommen
Bus stops about a 3-minute walk and will bring you to the center in less than 15 minutes. Another will bring you to Malvarossa beach in about half an hour.
