Neighbourhood
We live in the outskirts of Breda (best city center in the Netherlands), shopping centers are close by. In the district there is a small artificial lake for swimming or lying on the beach. Breda is a Burgundian city with many terraces, shops and restaurants, but also a lot of nature and forests.
Zundert, the birthplace of Vincent van Gogh, is located near Breda. Within half an hour's drive you will find one of the best theme parks in Europe, the Efteling. Other places of interest are National Park de Biesbosch, Kinderdijk (Unesco World Heritage) and Zeeland beaches and Delta Works. Breda is conveniently located between Antwerp and Rotterdam. A bus stop is around the corner and the train connections to Amsterdam/Schiphol are very good. The train station is 1 km away and roads are easily accessible. Information for day trips is provided. There are 5 bicycles in the garage. Our car (Nissan Note 4-5 people) can also be traded. We can also provide a bike rack to carry two bikes on your car.
